The Social Security Administration officially released the annual list of the most popular baby names in America for 2016. The top 10 girls' names are the same 10 as 2015 with Emma and Oliva still occupying first and second place. Noah and Liam occupy first and second places in the top 10 boy's names as 2015 with Elijah entering the top 10 and Alexander leaving the top 10.
